A disease vocabulary is curated using Mondo ontology. The vocabulary file contains information including definition and identifier for each term.

We generated predictions for 410,032 VUS. Along with the model disease specificity and deleteriousness predictions scores, we also provide AlphaMissense score. The file containing all predictions can be downloaded below.
